I wanted to take a minute to tell you what a wonderful job your interstate staff did for me in arranging a very small move from NJ to the Cape. Several years ago Magnum did a large move for us from our 8 room house on Nantucket to the Cape. This involved ferry transportation in bad weather, overnight accommodations for the movers, several months storage at your facility in Eastham, and re-delivery to our new house in Wellfleet. Everything went without a hitch, perfect.
When I called your company recently about the relatively small job of moving about a 1000 pounds of boxes and garden furniture from NJ to the Cape I was treated with the same courtesy and professionalism from your interstate team as I did when planning the large move from Nantucket. Amy Babineau was a delight with many options to choose from for our move. She used a detailed and organized computer system to help determine how much manpower and time it woudl take for the job. She coordinated an accounting of the boxes we would need and end even dropped some to us. Crystal was enthused and accommodating and also a pleasure to deal with.
